Sportovní oblečení z recyklovaného polyesteru

Ekologické sportovní oblečení lze vyrobit z recyklovaného polyesteru. Recyklovaný polyester pro aktivní a sportovní oblečení se obvykle vyrábí ze starých plastových lahví a rybářských sítí. Nejprve se plastový odpad posbírá a roztřídí podle druhu a barvy. Poté se promyje, rozdrtí a naseká na vločky a následně roztaví na pelety. Pelety se roztaví a vytlačí, aby se z nich vyrobila vlákna, která se zpracuje na tkaninu a výroba sportovního oblečení může začít! 

Recyklovaný polyester je rychleschnoucí lehký materiál pro aktivní oblečení a základní vrstvy. Recyklované výrobky snižují množství odpadu a jejich výroba vyžaduje méně energie než výroba z primárních vláken.
